- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆It's 14 degrees out at 6pm, so it's only going to get colder from here, and the ground is wet from rain. Luckily, there are some benches covered by large, leafy trees. Somehow, most of the flowers are clinging to life, and doing a fine job of it. The garden is still colourful, which is nice against the backdrop of grey clouds. You can hear police sirens, which aren't exactly uncommon in Kamloops in general. If i can enjoy it on a kinda-crappy day, then the place isn't half bad.By Nathan Watt, December 16, 2016
