  Pickup order call outsourced to India, i place order and they say to pick up in 15. I go there 15 later and have to wait 30 minutes. No compensation, the order was messed up, and part of my order was not filled. Took me all of two seconds to figure out the problem and a solution; i guess i should be the ceo of pizza hut.

  Pizza hut has great pizza, some of the best in town. They do, however, seem to always be understaffed which causes slow service. Even when there are only a few tables it's hard to get in and out in less than an hour. It feels like you're always waiting for them to come by, leaving long gaps between ordering and getting the bill (10-15 minutes). They'll even wipe down tables nearby as you sit with dishes piled on the end of the table and wanting a bill and they walk on by. Very friendly but not service oriented enough for anymore stars.
