- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Peterson Creek is a beautiful spot right in downtown Kamloops if you are not looking for it you wouldn't know it was there. It has trails and Creek and caves and a waterfall higher up. Don't go farther than you can go safely at certain times of the year the end of the trail can be treacherous. A step out of town and you are in nature.
