  Great food. Service was moderate. They made a few mistakes and made our party feel like it was our fault.

  Usually the service is fine, however went there the other day for breakfast and did NOT have a good experience at all. We ordered food and drinks (coffee which was given to us before we finished ordering) and went and sat down with our table marker. We waited. And waited for 45 minutes as we saw the people right ahead of us get their food, eat it, finish and leave. Then people after us got their food all while we still had nothing. We asked the server who went to look into it. She came back saying there was an error with their message system but if we want to wait for our food there's still a couple orders ahead of ours so maybe 20 more minutes. But don't worry she did offer another coffee, which didn't make up for our grumbling bellies as we were starving by this point and to add another 20 mins no thank you. We ended up getting a refund and walking away still hungry. Should've gone to Hello Toast!

  The nicest staff. Was served by the sweetest worker, nice smile, warm and welcoming greeting will definitely recommend to others.

  Savory chicken and waffles with juicy breaded chicken strips, delicious donuts and coffee. Will definitely be coming back to this chic cafe in downtown Kamloops!
