  Food is adequate greasy spoon diner food. It doesnt come out consistently though, one order always ahead of another....usually by several minutes. Very neglectful service, especially once we were done eating, never even offered a last coffee refill.

  If only there were negative stars. The experience we had today was absolutely horrendous. Never in my life have I been treated the way we were today. My friend ordered a hot beef which on the menu says "served with potato and fresh vegetables" so she assumed as per the menu she would receive potatoes. The waitress whom I can only assume is new, asked her what side she wanted & she said soup. (Which is a 2.50$ extra charge on any meal). We waited for a half hour which is a regular amount of time but our waitress never came to check on our drinks which was annoying anyhow she received her food, hot beef, veggies & soup but no potato. When the waitress came back she asked about her potatoes & all hell broke lose. The waitress stared at us dumbfounded and told us it didn't come with so we asked to see the menu because we were all certain it did. Well instead of the waitress returning we got an angry woman rushing towards us, shoving a menu in my friends face and yelling at her that soup is extra and obviously the waitress thought she didn't want the potatoes if she wanted soup (????logic where????) continued to raise her voice and poke the menu right in her face. My friend started to get upset and I was so embarrassed as people were staring. So I asked the manager why she was arguing with a customer when she had just asked a question. She continued to lose it on us and bicker over potatoes... until my friend started to cry. Then she admitted she was having a bad day and was just stressed. How absolutely unprofessional and embarrassing for a business owner. Taking out your stress on three young adults who just wanted to know about potatoes that on the menu say they come with. I will never be returning. What a lack of professionalism. I'm embarrassed for the owner.

  Even on Father's Day as busy as they were they were very friendly and courtious, didn't have to wait too long for the meal to come nice and hot and plenty of it.
