I feel like if you know them they look after you, if you don't you get gouged. I have been a customer for years and I get a different price each time on each product depending on the mood of the day or who I am dealing with. The owners son is awesome, but today was the last straw for me. Better off shopping at EMCO.

This was a bad experience for us. A simple request was made (to cut a culvert in half) and multiple days notice was given. They didn't come through and the result has cost us a lot Of money in delays. Very annoyed at the poor customer service

I bought a new pressure tank from Delta a few years ago and couldn't be happier with it. Much better than the one I had previously. Great service.
