  Service has almost always been good. The food is pretty standard bag and boil variety food with nothing that really jumps out except the pizza. I find the BP Pizza is among the best when comparing it to the other fast food pizza places like Pizza Hut and Dominoes. The prices are a little high IMO. It's good but it won't blow your socks off. Always clean from my experience.

  Unimpressed. Called to order a pizza...downtown location was closed...sahali location took ages to determine whether or not the could deliver to us (by the hospital). Finally she said we could and took my order and phone number. Screwed up and put it as pick up, and no one ever called me. After 75 minutes I called to see where it was and they immediately apologized, told me what happened and insisted on remaking the pizza...and took a whopping 10% off the bill. Not good enough. We had out of towners here for a meeting, they were hungry and had asked me to order them a pizza, and the end result was the meeting started almost an hour late, our guests were grouchy, the pizza was average at best, and we will never order from them again. Waiting 90 minutes on a single large pizza is completely unacceptable.
